What is Production Material Balance Overview about?

This document outlines the material balance of an alcohol production process. Fermented wash containing 8.5% alcohol by volume is distilled to produce rectified spirit at 96% alcohol. The stillage is sent to a biogas plant while process condensate is evaporated. Concentrated stillage is used for fertigation after treatment in a centrifuge and process water unit. Over 1,000 cubic meters per day of materials flow through the integrated process.
