What is COVID-19 Ticket Options at ROH about?

The Royal Opera House has cancelled all performances until April 19th due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They are contacting ticket holders for cancelled performances. Ticket buyers can choose to treat their purchase as a donation to support the Royal Opera House, or exchange their ticket for a voucher for a future performance until December 2020. Due to cancelled performances, the Royal Opera House will face major financial losses since most of its funding comes from ticket sales and purchases at its venues.
