Can I read Understanding the Doppler Effect on EtoBox?

Understanding the Doppler Effect by shohobi is a document available to read on EtoBox.

What is Understanding the Doppler Effect about?

The Doppler effect is the change in frequency or wavelength of a wave due to relative motion between the source and observer. When the source approaches the observer, the observed frequency is higher than the emitted frequency. When the source recedes from the observer, the observed frequency is lower. The Doppler effect results from the source emitting waves from positions closer or farther from the observer as it moves, causing changes in the time between wave crests arriving at the observer.
