This study investigates the correlation between osteoarthrosis severity and fever, finding a significant positive relationship between Kellgren-Lawrence grade and fever incidence. It also evaluates the effectiveness of fever-oriented nursing interventions, which resulted in lower recurrence rates of fever and reduced readmissions among patients. The findings suggest that targeted nursing care can significantly improve outcomes for osteoarthrosis patients experiencing fever.
