The document provides percentiles and means in days and months for achieving six gross motor milestones: sitting without support, standing with assistance, hands-and-knees crawling, walking with assistance, standing alone, and walking alone. For each milestone, it lists the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 10th, 25th, 50th, 75th, 90th, 95th, 97th, and 99th percentiles as well as the mean and standard deviation. The milestones generally range from around 4-18 months.
