The Nigerian Meteorological Agency issued a 3-day weather outlook forecasting cloudy skies with chances of thunderstorms and rain over most of Nigeria. On day 1, early morning thunderstorms were expected in parts of northern Nigeria with cloudy skies and additional thunderstorms anticipated. Day 1 forecasts cloudy skies with light intermittent rain in southern Nigeria. Days 2 and 3 predict cloudy skies with isolated to scattered thunderstorms and rain showers over northern, central, and southern Nigeria.
