About this document

Aerobic vs. Resistance Training on Cardiovascular Health by livibalpe is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study compares the effects of 12 weeks of aerobic and resistance training on cardiovascular risk factors in 150 prehypertensive adults in Uzbekistan. Results indicate that aerobic exercise significantly reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure, LDL, triglycerides, and BMI, while resistance training showed minimal changes. The findings suggest that aerobic exercise is a more effective and cost-efficient method for reducing cardiovascular risks in populations with high hypertension prevalence.
