What is Fer 1 about?

This observational study evaluates the efficacy and safety of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist treatment prior to hysteroscopic myomectomy for large submucosal leiomyomas. The study found that GnRH agonist treatment significantly reduced leiomyoma size, operation time, and the amount of uterine distension media used, without increasing postoperative complications. The results suggest that GnRH agonist pretreatment may improve surgical outcomes for patients with large submucosal leiomyomas.
