What is Oral Health Quality of Life in Diabetics about?
The study assessed oral health related quality of life (OHRQL) in 200 diabetic patients in Tehran, finding that 77.5% had good OHRQL. Significant associations were identified between OHRQL and factors such as age, knowledge of oral complications, educational level, and dental hygiene practices. Overall, diabetes did not negatively impact OHRQL in the sampled population.
