This study examines the clinical features, familial history, laboratory findings, and therapeutic outcomes of growing pains (GP) in 30 children aged 3 to 14 years. The results indicate that GP is a common, noninflammatory condition characterized by intermittent lower extremity pain, predominantly occurring at night or in the afternoon, with a positive family history in 20% of cases. All patients showed normal laboratory results, and the condition resolved in all cases after one year of follow-up.
