Censorable scenes with smoking, heavy drinking, etc. are very common in movies of these days. Editors may find it too tedious a process to check the whole video to identify such censorable contents. We introduce an automated statutory warning generator that will add exact statutory labels to the scene. The system employs YOLOv3 based learning to include statutory alerts in videos. The results showed an accuracy of 85.34% mAP at 0.5 IOU and was found to be faster and efficient for detecting statutory contents from the videos thus reducing the time for movie editing.
