What is Neutral Point Estimation in Aircraft about?

The objective was to calculate the neutral point of an aircraft using flight data from different center of gravity configurations. Flight tests were conducted at various velocities and elevator deflections were recorded. Trim lift coefficients were plotted against elevator deflection to determine the derivative of lift with respect to elevator deflection. This derivative was then plotted against center of gravity position, and by extrapolating the linear plot, the neutral point was determined to be 1.247m,
