About this document
Soft Tissue and Symmetry in Surgery by Hanh Le is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the soft tissue response and facial symmetry following orthognathic surgery in 104 patients using three-dimensional photogrammetric assessments. Results indicate significant soft tissue changes after mandibular procedures, while midfacial responses were minimal, and overall symmetry improvements were not statistically significant. The findings suggest that predicting soft tissue outcomes post-surgery remains unreliable, particularly for maxillary and midfacial regions.
