What is Excel Pareto Chart for Defect Analysis about?

This document provides a template for recording defect types and occurrences on a weekly basis. Data on defects can be entered for each individual recorder or combined from all recorders. Charts will then automatically generate showing the number of defects over time in a histogram, the count of defects in a bar chart, and the 80/20 rule in a Pareto chart. The template can record up to 10 defect types and rows can be hidden if fewer are needed.
