This thesis investigates the relationship between maximal aerobic capacity and vital lung capacity in children aged 11-12, focusing on gender differences. Using a descriptive correlational research method with a sample of 60 students, the study employs Vital Capacity Meter and Multi-Stage Fitness Test to measure the respective capacities. The findings indicate a significant relationship between maximal aerobic capacity and vital lung capacity in both boys and girls.
