What is Heist Showdown in the Safehouse about?

The document is a screenplay about a group of criminals - Chief, Billy, Hal and Joe - who have just completed a heist and are counting their stolen money at a safehouse. A rival gang discovers their location and confronts them at gunpoint. Chief signals for Hal and Joe to hide while he and Billy draw their own weapons. They kill one rival but run low on ammunition. Robert, waiting outside, comes to their rescue with a machine gun and eliminates the remaining threats.
