What is Atty. Adaza about?

This administrative case was brought against attorney Homobono A. Adaza for failing to comply with the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements for four compliance periods from 2001 to 2010. The Court found that Adaza did not meet the requirements for exemption from MCLE. As a result, the Court declared Adaza a delinquent member of the bar, suspended him from practice for six months, and ordered him to comply with all past MCLE requirements.
