What is Right Knee Osteoarthritis Case Study about?

This 65-year old retired male presented with chief complaint of right knee pain since 2009. Physical examination revealed varus deformity of the right knee with tenderness and limited range of motion. X-ray showed osteophytes on the medial condyle and tibia with narrowing of the femorotibial joint space. The diagnosis was grade III right knee osteoarthritis. Treatment plans included analgesics and a future arthroscopic debridement with microfracture drilling.
