The document contains data from an experiment measuring the fluorescence (F) of a sample at different concentrations of AMP over time (t). As the AMP concentration increases, the fluorescence decreases and the decay time decreases. Stern-Volmer plots of F0/F vs [AMP] and t0/t vs [AMP] are linear, following the Stern-Volmer equation. The slope of F0/F vs [AMP] gives the Stern-Volmer constant KSV of 0.1341 μM-1 and the slope of t0/t vs [AMP] gives the bimolecular quenching constant kq of 0.0769 μM-1 ns-1.
