This case report describes a patient with a history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who developed plasmablastic lymphoma after receiving multiple lines of chemotherapy treatment for CLL over several years. Biopsy of an inguinal lymph node revealed a plasmablastic neoplasm that was CD138, CD38, and IRF4 positive by immunohistochemistry.
