The Board of Uswaa/Mamba~ Keyeeri and Shari Rural Co-operative Societies met at Sal Salinero Hotel in Shanty Town, Moshi on May 10th, 2004. The Board noted they had a quorum and discussed Fiona (T) Ltd. requesting to assign their lease of Silverdale and Mbono Farms to Silverdale (T) Ltd. as Fiona (T) Ltd. could no longer manage the farms. The Board resolved to accept the assignment of the lease and authorized the Chairman and Vice Chairman to inform Fiona (T) Ltd. and Silverdale (T) Ltd. of the decision.
