This document describes a carbon nanotube field-effect transistor (CNT-FET) biosensor for rapid detection of SARS-CoV-2 surface spike protein S1. The biosensor was developed to detect SARS-CoV-2 S1 antigen in saliva samples in 2-3 minutes. Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S1 antibody was immobilized on the CNT surface between the source-drain channel area.
