What is Distal Penile Flap Technique Overview about?

This technique uses a hairless, circular penile skin flap up to 15 cm long to repair urethral strictures from the fossa navicularis to the bulbar urethra. The penis is stretched and the flap is marked out. For uncircumcised men, the inner prepuce is used, while for circumcised men the distal penile skin is used.
