This study presents and validates a new classification system for maxillary anterior extraction sockets based on soft and hard tissue parameters, involving 25 subjects. The proposed system showed high reliability with an interobserver agreement of 96%, and 80% of sockets were graded as adequate for soft tissue parameters. The classification aims to improve socket assessment and enhance future implant esthetics by considering both soft and hard tissue conditions.
