This paper presents a novel dynamic power allocation approach for downlink cell-free massive MIMO networks using a dynamically connected graph neural network (DCGNN). Numerical results demonstrate that the DCGNN outperforms existing state-of-the-art techniques in terms of power allocation efficiency.
