What is Nanotechnology about?

Nanotechnology deals with studying and researching components at the nanoscale and has many applications in medicine. It has the potential to help combat the novel coronavirus through early virus detection with biosensors, powerful nanosized vaccines for prevention, and nanosystems that can inactivate the virus. Specifically, nanotechnology may help at four stages: as an alternative to disinfectants, in diagnostics, delivering drugs to infected individuals, and suppressing immune responses in patients.
