What is English Comprehension via Digital Games about?
The study compared English comprehension between students from southern Philippines and the National Capital Region using a narrative-centered digital game. Findings showed no significant difference in English usage at home or with friends, but NCR students had a more positive attitude and perception of English. NCR students also performed better in the game and comprehension post-test. Both groups were equally engaged and motivated while playing the game, consistent with their reception of mobile games.
