A mastery score of 5 requires the name to be visible from 3 feet, highly organized layout with all key information clearly listed, and inclusion of the product name, instructions, ingredients, caution, and three important facts. Meeting some but not all criteria would achieve lower scores of 3 or 4. A lack of any relevant content would score 1.
