This research investigates the impact of macroeconomic variables on the financial performance of licensed finance companies in Sri Lanka over a 10-year period. The findings reveal that while foreign reserves and GDP positively influence return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE), inflation and exchange rates also contribute positively, whereas interest rates negatively affect performance.
