This strain produces short, stubby mushrooms with solid stems on the first flush that get larger on subsequent flushes, reaching 10 cm caps. The mycelium is very rhizomorphic and thickens quickly. It has a tendency to form overlay on the casing surface, so trays should be exposed to fruiting conditions as soon as mycelium is visible. Originally from the Amazon region, it produces bigger mushrooms than Mexican strains with its own unique effects profile.
