Multiple drugs Pancolitis and treatment failure: case report An 80-year-old man developed pancolitis following treatment with pembrolizumab for non-small cell lung cancer. He also exhibited treatment failure following treatment with infliximab, prednisone and vedolizumab for pancolitis [not all routes and dosages stated; time to reaction onset not clearly stated].The man presented with persistent bloody diarrhoea. He had a history of similar symptoms. Anamnesis revealed that 4 years ago repeated colonoscopies had showed colitis (colitis indeterminata) in the sigmoid colon with evidence of individual diverticula [aetiology not stated]. At that time, he had been also diagnosed with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. His medical history was significant for recurrent thromboembolic events for which he was receiving edoxaban and a severe herpes zoster infection with sustained neuropathy in the right chest. At current presentation, he was receiving pembrolizumab, carboplatin and pemetrexed for non-small cell lung cancer. Clinical examination of the abdomen was unremarkable.
