What is Successes and Failures of Catechists about?

This document discusses how catechists should deal with successes and failures in their mission. It analyzes the biblical passage of the miraculous catch of fish, where Jesus calls Peter, James, and John to be "fishers of men." The lesson is that catechists must accept Jesus in their lives, offering everything to Him, so that they can achieve success in the mission of bringing people to the Kingdom of Heaven, not worrying about successes or failures.
