What is Gwee Peng Hong about?

A 65-year-old managing director had his head shaved for charity after jokingly accepting a challenge from his friends who donated money. They were able to raise $70,000 for The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund after Mr. Gwee agreed to shave his head if they could hit a $10,000 fundraising goal. The friends ended up pooling together around $70,000 over three weeks to support the charity.
