This study evaluates the efficacy of budesonide nasal douching in managing postoperative Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis (AFRS) patients after Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS). Results indicate that patients receiving budesonide douching experienced a significant improvement in quality of life and a reduction in mucosal edema compared to those who did not. The findings suggest that budesonide douching is a safe and effective adjunctive therapy in the postoperative management of AFRS.
