What is Split-Split Plot Design Overview about?

The split-split plot arrangement is used for experiments with three or more factors requiring different levels of precision. It has three plot sizes corresponding to the three factors. The main factor receives the lowest precision and the sub-subplot factor receives the highest precision. Randomization of the whole, sub, and sub-sub plots is done separately. Expected mean squares are provided for a randomized complete block design with three factors. An example is given with data and calculations.
