This study employs the Hierarchical Process Analysis (HPA) method to model flood risk in Thiès, Senegal, by analyzing various passive and intrinsic factors affecting flooding. The results indicate a significant vulnerability rate of 10% in the study area, with 4% of properties classified as highly vulnerable. The findings highlight the need for effective flood management strategies, given the increasing frequency and severity of flooding in the region.
