This document describes the design of a rotary blade glass pulverizing machine. The machine consists of a drop loading hopper, a horizontally oriented steel shaft with 3 steel blades separated by 1200, enclosed in a cylindrical crushing chamber with perforations of predetermined sizes. The shaft and blades are separated from the chamber walls by 10mm to enhance crushing to finer particles.
