What is Sway Brace Fittings Overview about?

Sway brace fittings are designed to brace pipes against sway and seismic disturbances. They attach to pipes between 1-6 inches in diameter and are braced with 1 or 1 1/4 inch pipes. The fittings are electro-galvanized steel and install by placing over the pipe to brace, adjusting the angle, and inserting the bracing pipe through the opening. They are UL and FM approved for use with NFPA and PHD sway brace components.
