What is Bandura about?

Social Learning Theory proposed by Albert Bandura posits that people learn from one another through observation, imitation, and modeling, and that learning is a cognitive process that occurs in a social context and can occur purely through observation. The theory explains human behavior in terms of continuous reciprocal interaction between cognitive, behavioral, and environmental influences, and emphasizes how internal and external factors interact to determine behaviors.
