What is APGAR Score Knowledge Among Residents about?

This study assessed the knowledge and application of the APGAR scoring system among residents in a tertiary hospital in Nigeria. A questionnaire was administered to 74 residents from pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, anesthesia, family medicine, and public health. The results found that pediatric residents had significantly higher knowledge and application of the APGAR score compared to other residents. There was also a significant association between knowledge of the APGAR score and its proper application
