What is Section 4 Land Acquisition Notification about?
(1) Whenever land may be needed for purposes in section 3, a notification will be published in the Gazette. (2) The Land Administrator must publicly notify any gazette notification. (3) A notification will lapse for land if a declaration is not published in the Gazette within 12 months for that land. (4) A fresh notification can be published if the authority is still satisfied the land is needed.
