1. A 47-year-old male patient presented with gross hematuria, mild dysuria, and lower urinary tract symptoms. Physical examination and tests revealed a tense-elastic retrovesicle mass. Imaging confirmed a 6.0 x 4.5 cm well-defined retrovesicle mass arising from the right seminal vesicle and vas deferens. 2. The patient underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic vesiculectomy to remove the mass. The surgery was successful with no complications and the patient was discharged on post-op day four without issues.
