A 52-year-old woman presented with painful fingertips and was found to have hypereosinophilia and peripheral arterial thrombosis. Doppler ultrasonography showed bilateral thrombi in her radial and ulnar arteries. She was diagnosed with idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome and treated with glucocorticoids, anticoagulants, and prostanoids, which resolved her symptoms. Long-term treatment is needed to prevent recurrence.
