About this document

Microdrilling PCB: Experimental Study by SUMANTH n v is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This thesis investigates the micro drilling operation of printed circuit boards through experiments conducted on a CNC machine. Various process parameters like spindle speed and feed rate are considered using Taguchi methodology to determine their influence on responses such as torque, thrust force, machining time and circularity. The goal is to identify optimal parameters to make micro drilling of PCBs economically feasible for high volume production applications.
