About this document
NaZnF3 Electronic Structure Analysis by International Journal of Engineering and Techniques is a document available to read on EtoBox.
1. The article studies the electronic structure and ground state properties of the fluoroperovskite compound NaZnF3 using the self-consistent tight-binding linear muffin-tin orbital method. 2. NaZnF3 exists in two phases, an orthorhombic phase below 683°C and a cubic phase above 683°C. 3. The calculations determine that the orthorhombic structure is the stable phase, with the cubic phase being an indirect bandgap insulator and the orthorhombic phase a direct bandgap insulator.
