Industries Corporation has added a new automatic spectral subtract feature to GRAMS/386 V2.0. Using a recently pubhshed algorithm, auto subtract can optimally subtract spectra, consistently outperforming tradition manual methods. Also new in GRAMS/386 V2.0 is an updated version of the peak deconvolution application, Curvefit. The new version includes enhanced peak functions, an improved user-friendly interface, and an interactive mode for setting individual peak parameters. In addition, fitting parameters can be fixed or constrained for a more accurate solution. Curvefit can deconvolve an unhmited number of peaks in both spectroscopic and chromatographic data. GRAMY386 V2 0 can either import data from or directly interface with virtually any type of analytical instrumentation. GRAMS/386 V2.0 runs on 80386 and 80486 computers under Windows 3.0 and higher.
