This document describes a study that developed and evaluated mathematical models using artificial neural networks (ANN) to predict the duration of irrigation and drainage projects in Iraq. Two ANN models were built - one to predict implementation duration using 7 factors, and another to predict maintenance duration using 7 different factors.
