What is Request for Funding Assurance for Museum about?

The letter requests a Letter of Undertaking from the Ministry of Works and Transport to assure funding of 30% (UGX 21.14 Billion) of the costs for Phase II of the Uganda Martyrs Museum redevelopment project in Namugongo. Phase II is behind schedule.
