This study examined occupational stress among personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection in District 4 of Isabela. A total of 69 participants completed the Weimann Occupational Stress Scale questionnaire. Results showed the occupational stress level was sometimes. There were significant differences in occupational stress based on age, rank, and years in service. However, there was no significant difference based on sex.
