Konoe Motohira was a Japanese court noble in the early Kamakura period who served as a regent (kampaku) from 1267 to 1268. He was the son of Kanetsune and had two sons, Konone Kanenori and Iemoto. One of his daughters was a consort of the regent Takatsukasa Kanetada.
